Rates and Policies
In-season room rates range from $149
- $229 per night plus applicable taxes. The in-season
goes from March through October plus Christmas and Valentines
holidays.
Off-season rates range from $129 - $169.
Business, Senior and Extended Stay rates are available.
Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25 per
day charge for each additional person, except for children
under age 13.
We do welcome well behaved pets. The fee for your pet is
$35 per stay.
We accept the following credit cards: American Express,
MasterCard, and Visa.
Gift certificates for any amount are available.
Reservations
must be confirmed with an advance deposit equal to the charges
for one nights stay. If your plans change and you let us know
at least 10 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund
your deposit less a $25 per room cancellation fee.
Otherwise your full deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation
or no show.
During holidays and the International
Balloon Fiesta an advance deposit equal to one half
the total charges is required. If your plans change and you let
us know at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we
will refund your deposit less a $50 per room cancellation
fee. Otherwise your full deposit will be retained in
the event of cancellation or no show. During these peak periods,
guests will be charged for their entire booked stay, including
early departures and late arrivals.
Check in time is 4 to 7 pm, unless prior arrangements
are in place.
Smoking is only permitted outside the building.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted. However, because of New
Mexico laws and regulations, you must bring your own.

- Kiva fireplaces in all rooms (except for one that has a wood burning stove). Fires are prepared on all winter evenings.
- Private telephones with internet data ports in all rooms. Free local calls.
- Central heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.
- Highest quality mattresses and linens in all rooms.
- In room massage services are available with advance appointment.
- Full buffet breakfast and evening snacks.
- Full size swimming pool open May through mid October.
- Outside hot tub spa open year round.
- Concierge services available.
- The Hacienda Antigua has been a wagon train, stage coach and train stop. Wagon train and stage coach rides are no longer available, but the train continues to occasionally run.
